I’m Tigi Maller, a Clinical Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist based in Stroud.

As a business owner & mum of 2… I get it!

Juggling meetings, school runs, deadlines, as well as your own expectations and feeling like you’re missing yourself. It’s exhausting! 

Having worked with countless women in the past few years, many of us will get stuck in survival mode and have that feeling like something is missing, but not quite sure what.

Through simple, solution-focused hypnotherapy, I help working mums like you breathe again.

Hypnotherapy works by guiding you into a natural state of focused relaxation, similar to daydreaming or being absorbed in a book.

In this calm state, your mind becomes more open to positive suggestions and new ways of thinking.

My sessions are Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, which means we don’t dwell on the past… we focus on your strengths, your future, and how you’d like life to be.

It’s a combination of talking therapy, followed by hypnosis.

Each session begins with a relaxed conversation (talking therapy) where we focus on what’s going well and the positive changes you’d like to see ✨

Absolutely! Online sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions.

All you need is a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and headphones.

And don’t worry if the kid’s pop their head in to ask for snacks! I get it!

Most of my clients find online sessions even more convenient, as it saves time and allows them to access therapy from the comfort of home.

Hypnosis is a completely natural state of focused attention and relaxation.

You actually experience it every day… like when you’re so absorbed in driving, reading, or a TV show that you “switch off” from everything else.

In hypnotherapy, we use this state purposefully to quieten the busy, anxious mind and allow space for positive change.

You’re always in control, you can open your eyes, move, or speak at any time.

It’s not about being “made” to do anything… it’s about helping your mind work with you, not against you. 🤍

Every client is different, most of my clients notice positive shifts after their first session.

I usually recommend 6–8 sessions are often enough to see lasting changes.

Unlike other therapies, my goal isn’t to keep you working with me forever!
